Hello,

The conjunction 'if ' introduces the adverbial clause and also the noun clause.

1. If I meet him, I will pass your message.

Here 'if' introducing an adverbial clause.

How to use 'if' in a noun clause?

Could anyone here please explain it?

Thanks.

Something like "I don't know if she'll come". In careful formal English, "whether" should be used instead, in my opinion, but "if" is widespread in conversational English.
