1-it is raining so she has bought an umbrella (use she would not )

Is this what you are looking for?
She would not have bought an umbrella if it were not raining.

2-She loves Almodovar's films. She has bought all of his films on DVD.
If she didn't love Almodovar's films, she wouldn't have bought all of his films on DVD.

Present perfect is considered a past tense.

Some grammarians, such as Huddleston and Pullum and Declerck, consider it a past tense. Many others think of it as a present tense

I'll raise my hand to that. The present perfect belongs to the group of tenses of the present point of view. It shows anteriority to the present. In contrast the past perfect shows anteriority to the past, to it's in the past point of view.

I think of it as a hybrid. It's something that started in the past, but has a present point of view.
