If...

Hi, guys! Could you tell me the difference between 'If it is possible" and "If possible" and are there any other words that go with if, for example, "If anything" etc.

Could you also explain to me what is the difference between 'Question is..." and "The Question is..."? And "Problem is..." vs. "The problem is..."

Thank you very much!

It's "The question is" and "The problem is". Except for abstract nouns (love, faith, ...) singular nouns are always accompanied by a determiner (a, an, the, my, his, ...).
?????? ????????'I
