Are my sentences correct and do they carry the same meaning?

Is the first sentence a mixed conditional?

Yes, we're in the differenct time zone, but this may happen even if we're in the same tme zone. Just atfer I posted my amendment, I found your post. In this case, can I call this 'time-lag'. It's a matter of when we were writing and posted, I suppose.
