Ietls writting task 1

This bar chart shows us the percentage of adults who were overweight or obese in one country from 1965 to 2015, while the pie chart shows the proportion of adults who were overweight, obese or severely obese in 2015. This chart depicts the rapid rise of overweight and obese percentage during these 50 years that in 2015, they made up the large number of adult population.

The bar chart about percentage of "adults who are overweight or obese" shows that there was barely any change of until 1985, little over 45%, but right after that, it rose rapidly from 1985 to 2015. in 2015, it reached up to approximately 75%, which is 30% more than it was in 1985. It's not surprising about that rapid increase in overweight and obese because life has developed with a booming speed from that time, followed by fast food and laziness.

Alongside with the rapid increase of adults who are overweight or obese , the pie chart shows us how much they have occupied in total population in 2015. . The biggest portion in population are overweight and obese, at 34% and 31%. Healthy and underweight adults are 29%, not even a third in total. Moreover, Severely obese adults made up of 6% which was a high rate and severe situation.

In conclusion, these two charts presented clearly how amount of overweight or obese adults changed and it is still at issue in this modern life.
