Inventors are not as important to society as doctors.

Do you agree with this statement?

It is sometimes argued that medical practitioners play a significant role in the community compared with inventive individuals. From my perspective, I completely disagree with this point due to the following reasons.

On the one hand, there are some reasons why people regard the curing job as an appreciative occupation.

To be more specific, doctors save lives, cure diseases, and provide treatment for recovery. Take the Covid-19 pandemic, which claimed millions of lives, as a presentative example, without their effort and dedication to find out the vaccine and cures, many more people would have died. In addition, they also boost people’s quality of life by giving advice on sound lifestyles. For instance, they could provide public guidelines on how, when, and what to eat properly to keep fit, enhancing the general public’s well-being.

On the other hand, the valuable contribution of inventive individuals has a positive influence on shaping and building the world. First and foremost, with innovator’s scientific achievements, which have been applied particularly to almost all fields in daily life, such as agriculture, technology, production line, science, and many more, is able for mankind to follow easily their dream without barriers and hardship as well as get higher productivity at work. Besides, they also devote their new inventions and make the effort to create modern equipment. For example, generating the telephone is able for people to contact with others without face-to-face communication.

In conclusion, because of the main points mentioned above, I hold a belief that both innovators and physicians are deemed noble professions with the same purpose of making the world to be a better place to live.
