Many people hold the view that social networking platforms. For instance, Facebook harms personal lives and local communities. From my perspective, I completely agree with this opinion for several reasons.
On the one hand, it is true that Facebook is one of the sites that help everyone connect in the world. In this platform, people can express their emotions ( like sad, angry, etc.) and share their important pictures and videos with everyone. However, spending too much time on Facebook will give you some drawbacks. Firstly, it will directly affect your health, especially your eyes. Contact your phones or computers for a long time. Your sight will get worse day by day. Moreover, electromagnetic waves also negatively affect the human brain and fertility. Secondly, sharing too many things like pictures, videos on Facebook also reduces the security of private information.
Another serious problem with using Facebook is that humans become insensitive. They do not care about everything around them. They only pay attention to the number of likes, shares, and views. For example, when they see a person who has been wounded by accident. Instead of helping them, they take their phone out and record, take some photos, and post on profiles to attract followers.
In conclusion, Facebook has impacted individuals and society in both aspects ( negative and positive ). It is essential to know how to manage the usage of social media that the negative impact can be minimized
