The diagrams give information about all the steps of water supply system in Australia present and future.

Overall, there are four main steps are shown in the diagrams. They begin from storage or dam, consumers, water treatment plant system, eventually final with river.

That system begin with the first step at storage where store all kinds of water such as pure water and waste water. The waste water will be delivered to the water treatment plant to purify while the pure will be conveyed to the humans as households, shops, or factories to use with a couple of purposes. After all the usage waste water will be collected after being used a lot of times and delivered to the water treatment plant.

The final step demonstrates that storm water from the environment or rain should which will combine with the water from the city flow to the river or estuary.
