Highly developed centers are favorable for variety of reasons. First, there are countless opportunities for all sorts of jobs. In cities such as London or New York, it’s easier to pursue an artistic career, because of higher in demand in art. Second, Urban areas have always been known for good social life with their offering of rich night life and music festivals have. Third, in cities is easy to get around, transport is well organized, and traveling to different parts in the city is easier. As a result of such improvement, cities can be polluted, and the health of inhabitants might not be that good, therefore life in the countryside might be better in that case.
Non-urban areas are, in comparison to cities, quiet and calm. The stress that is experienced living the busy lifestyle is here reduced. Health of people living in such places is improved. To add, even studies showed that their life expectancy is higher. Countryside is a great place to live after career achievements, however there might be some disadvantages for students and younger adults. In country side everything is far away and public transport is usually not an option since it is not regular, therefore driving license is essential. Furthermore, most universities are located in center of cities and as a result students need to drive long distances. Another negative is that in extra urban areas variety of jobs is limited.
