It is increasingly clear that, many university students live with their family, while others live away from home because their universities are in different places. From my perspective, living with their family has theirs own advantages and disadvantages.

It can be said that living with their family has some noteworthy positive effects. The main advantage of living with family is that parental supports. Living with parents usually come with added benefit of enjoying warm and you may not always have time to fix yourself a homemade meal even when you do not have time. One additional advatage of living with family would be do not need worry much about the living cost are able to econimize since they do not have to pay for accommodation. Therefore, they can completely concentrate on studying to make the best formance at university. Another point in favor of living with family is safety. The house is probably the one you grew up in, in a neighborhood you are familiar with.

However, living with family is not compeletely benefit, there are several negative aspects that should be taken into consideration. The main serious disadvantage of living with family is lack of autonomy. They will be a cocoon of caring family and do not know how to take care of themselves and they have to learn to balance their finance because they must allocate a certain amount to their money properly on expense. An additional disadvantage of living with family would be lack of socializing skills. If they live with parents they can not develop soft skills or learn to solve many real-life problems. Another negative aspect of living with family would be lack of comfort. Living with parents will strip you of your space and privacy, and that can be a psychological burden, especially if you used to living far from famlily.

In conclusion, advantage and disadvantage of living with family will depend on the personal circumtances of individual university students.
