IELTS WRITING TASK 2: Please help me

Some people think that it is important to have a single language as an international official language. Others think that it will make it difficult to identify countries and cause a loss of culture.
What are your opinions on this?

Today, international communication has become a practical necessity. Thus, some people think that we need to have an international language. Others suppose that when it happens, it will be difficult to recognize a country and it may also cause the loss of cultural identities. In my perspective, it is essential to have such language.

Admittedly, the most efficient way to identify a person's nationality is through the language he or she speaks. Therefore, if he or she just uses a common language. we will struggle to find out where he or she comes from. Moreover, once we make too much use of an international language, we may forget about the beauty and innocence of our first language, which could lead to the degradation of our own culture.
However, many other ways can be used to identify a country because most countries have a variety of cultural identities such as non-verbal communication, etiquette, traditional customs, and cuisine. For example, when we see a woman wearing Ao Dai, we can immediately find out that she is from Vietnam. As far as cultural degradation is concerned, despite the undeniable effect of foreign language, our mother tongue is something that we can never forget during our entire life, no matter how much we speak another language. Furthermore, the absence of a single international language may cause the whole world a lot of inconvenience and problems, especially when globalization has been developing and increasing signigicantly. I can not imagine how we could communicate with each other if we did not have a common language, besides, not everyone can take a translator along with them all the time.
In conclusion, it is very important to have an international language for everyone.
