IELTS WRITING TASK 2: Please help me

These days more fathers stay at home and take care of their children while mothers go out to work. What could be the reasons for this? Do you think it is a positive or a negative development?

Today in many families, mothers can go to work when their children are looked after by fathers who stay at home. Some would argue that this is positive and advantageous to families but in my opinion, this situation is adverse.
First of all, the reason for this is that we are living in a modern society where gender quality has been encouraged and promoted. Feminism has become very popular with a lot of feminists that have a great influence on the world such as Emma Watson or Taylor Swift. That is why women now have the right to go to work to earn a living. They also have the chance to have better job opportunities like promotion and increased salary. Therefore, many women are becoming the principal breadwinner of the family, especially distinguished ones who can completely raise a family without any help from men. As a result, many of them decide to make their husbands responsible for taking care of the children when they are at the workplace.
I suppose that this is a negative development for some justifications. First, most men's egos are very big. If their wives become much more successful than them, they would feel offended or inferior because it is commonly believed that men should be the primary breadwinner of a family. Consequently, that kind of feeling can break all ties between husband and wife, hence probably leading to separation or divorce. Furthermore, children may have to face a lack of maternal love which is tremendously important to them because when their mother devotes too much time to her work, she can hardly make time for them.
In conclusion, we should discourage this situation because both mothers and fathers should go to work to raise their families.
