IELTS Writing Task 2?? Please corect my essays!

For centuries, important parts of education have remained such as reading, writing and maths. With the advent of computers some people think that computer skills be made as a fourth skill to be added to the list. To what extent do you agree?

It is true that reading, writing and maths are important parts of education for people of many ages. Nowadays, due to the prevalence use of computer in modern world, some people want to make computer skills the fourth skill in the list. I totally agree with this opinion.

There are two main reasons why I agree that computer skills should be the one of the main focus of education. Firstly, computers are very useful in daily life. They help people save time and effort. Before the advent of computers, it took a lot of work to check or arrange datas, but today, all one needs is a computer with versatile softwares such as Exel or Word and the work would be done in a matter of seconds. Besides, there are other important skills related to the learning of computer science. In this technological life, a computer with internet access will help you improve your study skills, relax with recreational programs and communicate to the world.

Secondly, digital literacy play an essential role in professional life. As you know, today almost everybody has basic skills in using computer. Of course with those skills you still have a job but if students are taught more about the higher level of using computer, they will enhance their job prospect and they can have a career with better salary. With the people who have had a job, computers skill is very helpful in their office work. If you can use a computer competently, it will help you to storage documents and improve you productivity so you can finish your work quickly.

In conclusion, I think that computer skills is very helpful. In this developing world, computer skills should be one of the important parts of education.
