Some people have benefited from modern communications technology, but some people have not benefited from it at all. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In recent year, technology plays a pivotal role in our society. There are a number of people using the communications technology beneficially, however, some not be profited from it at all. From my perspective, I definitely agree that there are much more people getting benefit from the development of technology than being non-benefit from it.

On the one hand, the people living in a countryside or mountainous area are not easily get access to the internet and technological communications . Having been in the remote areas, the locals are not able to make ends meet, thus, they cannot purchase any technological devices. Those raising cattle, for instance, are unwilling to live on a budget due to their low incomes so that they cannot use the electronic devices and also not be able to updated the cutting-edge information from the worldwide. On top of that, the elderly will not be advantaged from the development of the communications technology. Having born in a war period when the internet was not existed dramatically which cause them feel lost in the current. As a result, the old generations cannot deal with the advances in technology.

On the other hand, being lived in a urban area make the residents having a good opportunities to get advantage from the modern technology. Those communication services can boost the users efficiency in their studies and works. For example, they can get contact with their counterparts in overseas, other continents or even make a video conferencing with their relatives when they are away from home, and the students, also, can be learning through an abundant of online courses with any long distances. What is more, learning non-mother language is not an entanglement anymore. Thanks to the industry 4.0, it make a major technological breakthrough which can help the society to take up a variety of languages. The locals, especially the learning aficionado can be able to study foreign languages via e-commerce or even the social media.

In conclusion, there are a number of people being profitable from using the latest communication technology, whereas, some might not get any advantage from it.
