IELTS Writing Task 2! Help me please !

Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that is a good thing while others argue that itis not suitable. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

The issue of young generation holding enssential positon in the government is highly debatable. While some people think that is unsuitable, I believe that is a good thing.

There are many advantages if young people work for government. Firstly, young leaders are very creative, energetic and risk-taking. If they face to a problem, they are willing to try new solution. Therefore, they have their new style of management. Secondly, young people have better physical and mental health which help them become steady under the pressure of working for government and they will be able to contribute more to their countries. Besides, the young who come to power soon will have more time to devote. They will take the nation forward with their enthusiasm as long as they can.

On the other hand, young generation still have some disadvantages with working for government office. Because they are still young so they may lack of necessary social experiences. This thing can lead them to some wrong decisions. Young goverment leaders sometimes do not have enough sufficient knowledge and qualification to manage the complex affairs such as economic or international issues. They also have a big problem with the reliability from the public. In some countries, the people are against to government led by young leaders.

In conclusion, it is reasonable to let young people hold the important positions in government and I believe they will make their country greater by their zealousness.
