Write about the following topic:

Fast food is now universally in most countries and is becoming increasingly popular. Some feel that this is a positive trend, while others do not.

What are your opinions in this?

Recently, fast food has become evidently popular and has its chains settled in many countries. While many think this kind of food is low cost and convenience, I think it still has 2 hidden drawbacks.

First of all, it is true that in modern day, fat food is better affordable through numerous stores. However, many people have lost the skill to cook by themselves due to this plain eating habit. It makes eating activities less satisfying and dependable. If you make dishes to someone, you can clearly feel their gratitude towards you and find the time spending worthy. But there is no experience like that in the restaurants where you simply wait for food to be served. It makes one aspect of your personal life less enjoyable and diverse.

Further and more importantly, the reason of why fast food being such low cost is because these food are frozen and stored by months, even by year. This is extremely harmful to our health as there are probabilities that those food might be out of date long ago. But this is not the only factor, all fat food is high in fat and salt that leads to numerous serious illness such as high blood pressure and heart problems. People is exchanging the long-term benefits for the cheap and convenience in the present.

In conclusion, as fast food being more and more popular, I believe we need to rebuild our healthy lifestyle in the past that involves home-cooking and warning the people about the negative sides of this kind of food.
