Please, help me correct my essay.

People often believe that owning a house instead of renting a apartment or house is really significant. Because individuals think that the renting fee for every month will be a huge amount of money in the future if they rent one for a long time. I totally agree this is a benefical situation.

On the one hand, there is no interest rate for us to care about. If individuals rent houses for living, people must pay a payment for renting every month. This can be a problem since when the contract usually lingers for a year or above, at some point the renting fee will be a huge amount of money that may be bought a small house. More than that if a person own a house, he or she can focus on career or family and does not need to care about renting fee or when the contract is expired. As a result, they will develop their lives better.

On the other hand, owning a house which people can design the style they want. People can decorate their house with furnitures or facilities which they like. They can design inside of the house as they want. By contrast, if people rent houses, they can not design what they want because the house owners do not allow them. Furthermore, when people rent a departmant, they usually feel uncomfortable because of the noisy of neighbour.

In conclusion, people should own a house rather than renting one for some reason such as paying a lot of money on renting fee and designing the style as they want.
