IELTS WRITING TASK 2

Question

It's really hard for me to generate ideas in task 2. I can hardly think anything related to the topic and i always need to read the sample essays of other people. It used to be not that difficult for me to deal with task 2 but after a long time without writing, my mind went blank with the ideas. Do you guys have any suggestions for me to solve this problem?? I've read a lot of advices but I can't find ones that'll be useful for me.
