Buying things on the Internet, such as books, air tickets and groceries, is becoming more and more popular.

Do the advantages of shopping in this way outweigh the disadvantages?

Nowadays more and more people choose e-commerce to purchase and trade goods from books to groceries. Online shopping is more popular and it has changed people's lifestyle. While there are negative aspects of this trend, I believe that overall the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

On the one hand, there are two disadvantages when people buy goods and stuffs on media platforms. Firstly, it cannot avoid some dangers of social media. These include computer hackers and online scams, stealing personal information on networking sites while people are trading. For example, when online shopping, customers can face with fake sailers who will sale some worthless goods. Secondly, shopping through internet does have limited option and buyers do not have best experience. Costumers can buy and choose products based on reviews and rates on the internet, without the touching real stuffs, it can be problematic when customers have a purchase on clothes or books.

On the other hand, I believe that there some several bright sides when online shopping is the first choice of all people. One of the critical reason is that it is such a convenient way, compared to buying in stores. For those who have hetic schedule, it will be more time-consuming to buy and place the order. They can buy anything from wide range variety at many online stores. Moreover, online shopping aid people to have the best choice through comparing service. As a customer who usually use internet to buy clothes, I can buy clothes with the most suitable price and high quality through comments and reviews of previous customers. Some platforms also provide service to check and compare price between other stores to help people have the best experience during buying process.

In conclusion, although people can struggle with several drawbacks during online shopping, I believe that it is neccesary to develop e-commerce platforms due to its convenient.
