please evaluate my essay3/6/2017: Some people think the government should pay for transport infrastructures. Others, however, think that the user should cover the costs. Discuss and give your opinion.While some believe that the government should be responsible for paying the cost of transport infrastructures, others claim that the cost should be allocated to users. I will discuss this topic and state my opinion on this essayOn the one hand, the view that governments should pay for building and developing transport systems has many positives. Initially, thanks to collecting money from traffic users, governments have the ultimate power to use that budget to transport infrastructures. For example, in Viet Nam, the government levies the fees on traffic participants to promote the quality of transport infrastructure by placing some collecting-money stations at the entrance of roads. Moreover, because the government is a representative of paying for transport infrastructure construction companies, roads will be built by the standard form of government, which leads to the synchronicity of the traffic system. On the other hand, there are numerous benefits when traffic users pay for the cost. To begin with, making users provide money for the expense of road construction and maintenance would heighten their awareness. Therefore, this will assist them in recognizing the protecting responsibility. Additionally, if users possibly bring the cost of paying for transport infrastructures, the government will be able to finance in some important fields such as education. Therefore, it can be seen as an effective solution for enhancing our society.In conclusion, although the proposal of governments paying for transport infrastructures seems to be reasonable, I am still of the opinion that the cost should be shared equally for both governments and users

Do not mention your essay. The examiner knows that you will write about this topic because that is the whole point of an essay. Instead, write a thesis statement. Answer the essay prompt with your opinion, and give a brief reason. That is an introduction to the body paragraphs where you support your thesis statement.

Example: I am of the opinion that the fairest solution is for the costs to be equally shared by the government and the people who use the roads.
