Nowadays, managers are using the method of recompense to reward employees for their remarkable involvement in the company. However, it is this act that not only encourages some, but also unconstructively affects others. In the perspective of mine, I believe this approach of management could effectively be an incentive to work harder to a certain extent, and therefore providing other ways to aspire workers.
Money is regarded as a crucial factor of life, especially in office environments. Everyone needs money in nearly every part of their living, and therefore it's pivotal role is excellently innovating to the performances of workers. On the other hand, fading relationship among co-workers would develope, which jealousy is the main culprit. Moreover, this would lead to an atrocious working environment and inevitably, lower productivity.
There are multiple ways in order to boost employees' performance. Letting them go home earlier than others is one of the possible solutions, as it bears no connection to expenses. Another viable alternative is to provide them a chance to take a rest by having a longer holiday.
In conclusion, this method of management is controversial. Apart from rewarding money to extraordinary contribution, it is better to aware that a diversity of options could be taken into account.
