AN INCREASING NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE OVERWEIGHT WHICH COULD RESULT MANY PROBLEMS OF THEIR HEALTH. WHY DO YOU THINK SO MANY PEOPLE ARE OVERWEIGHT? WHAT COULD BE DONE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?THERE ARE A LOT OF REASON FOR PEOPLE ARE MORE LIKELY TO BE OBESE NOWADAYS. THIS ESSAY WILL LOKE AT SOME CAUSES AND OFFER SOME POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEM.THE FIRST REASON IS UNHEALTHY EATING HABITS. DUE TO BUSY WORK SCHEDULE, THEY TEND TO HAVE A FASTFOOD OR PROCESSED FOOD INSTEAD OF HOME-COOKED MEAL. WITH THIS ACTION, THEY CAN LOSE CONTROL THEIR WEIGHT AND LEAD TO VARIOUS CHRONIC HEALTH ISSUES SUCH AS CARDIOVASCULAR ILLNESSES, DIABETES, AND EVEN CANCERS. THE SECOND REASON IS LAXY TO EXERCISE. WITH A FAST PACE OF LIFE, THEY USUALLY ENTERTAIN BY PLAYING GAMES OR WATCHING MOVIES, INSTEAD OF WORKOUT, SO FASTFOOD WOULD BE STORED AS FAT AND THEN THEY ARE OVERWEIGHT.THERE ARE SEVERAL ACTIONS THAT COULD BE TAKEN TO MITIGATE THE PROBLEM. FIRSTLY, PLAN MEAL A DAY OR 2 DAY IN ADVANCE, CAN HELP ELIMINATE UNHEALTHY FOOD CHOICES. SECONDLY, DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH MONEY IN POCKET BECAUSE WHEN YOU SAW AN FASTFOOD ADVERTS, YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO EAT, SO THAT YOU DO NOT GAIN WEIGHT. AND LASTLY, IT IS IMPORTANT FOR PEOPLE TAKE REGULAR EXERCISES. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES CAN BURN EXCESS CALORIES AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WEIGHT.IN CONCLUSION, THERE ARE VARIOUS FACTORS LEADING TO THE RISING LEVELS OF OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE AND MEASURES CAN BE IMPLEMENTED TO TACKLE THIS ISSUE.

An increasing number of people are overweight which could result many problems of their health. Why do you think so many people are overweight? What could be done to solve this problem?

There are a lot of reason for people are more likely to be obese nowadays. This essay will loke at some causes and offer some possible solutions to the problem.

The first reason is unhealthy eating habits. Due to busy work schedules, they tend to have fast food or processed food instead of home-cooked meals. With this action, they can lose control their weight and lead to various chronic health issues such as cardiovascular illnesses, diabetes, and even cancers. The second reason is lazy to exercise. With a fast pace of life, they usually entertain by playing games or watching movies, instead of workout, so fast food would be stored as fat and then they are overweight.

There are several actions that could be taken to mitigate the problem. Firstly, plan meal a day or 2 day in advance, can help eliminate unhealthy food choices. Secondly, do not put too much money in pocket because when you saw a fast food adverts, you do not have enough money to eat, so that you do not gain weight. And lastly, it is important for people to take regular exercise. Physical activities can burn excess calories and maintain a healthy weight.

In conclusion, there are various factors leading to the rising levels of overweight people and measures can be implemented to tackle this issue.
