In the working life some people tend to stay at the same organisation they first started to work for; however, other people choose to work for different employers. Both working tendencies have their own benefits, but to me working for various organizations seems more reasonable.
On the one hand, some people like to work in the same place all their working life. Firstly, they feel a better job security when the staff is familiar and connected to them. Secondly, these people can expect more flexibility in their working hours as they grow more professional in their job. For instance, an experienced worker who has been working in a sorting company for twenty years can have such working schedule that allows him to stay in bed in the early morning. Finally, if people do the same job everyday, there will be no need to update their knowledge or acquire any new skill.
On the other hand, some are interested in working in different places before their retirement. They gain a lot of experience in different working environments that are useful for their future life. In addition, people can find a job which suit their talents best. This can seldomly happen by doing the same job in the whole working journey. As a result, these people will feel fulfilled professionally. Moreover, working with different people in various settings will lead to a golden set of social skills. People can make strong friends and find many precious people to socialize with.
In conclusion, working in different organisations throughout the working life seems more acceptable in my view.
