Some people think that a sense of competition in children should be encouraged. Others believe that children who are taught to co-operate rather than compete become more useful adults.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
My essay:
People's opinions differ as to whether or not children should enhance competition is so worthwide. Others still think co-operation should be formed first when starting learning. In my perspective, I will outline both ideas above and give clearly a lot of examples.
On the one hand, sense of competition is essential for every child. There are lots of grounds for agruing that competition will improve themselves. Thanks to competition, children start creating more efforts. Take a typical example, when happening competitions, children have a tendency to feel to have efficiency compared to others. They will study hard with target to overcome other children. That is good way to express the spirit to enhance knowledge and conquer their achievement
On the other hand, co-operation also plays an crucial role in children developments. It makes a contribution to enhance the group skills, which helps them more successful in the future. Thanks to forming group skills, children live in a harmony environment with others. Children enables to be more patient, kind and esspecially friendly with people in group. Moreover, co-operation is seen as the approach to preventing jealousy, which is extremely dangerous with a child. An obvious example is that children can be jealous to others who have more achievements when working individually without any co-operation, leading to bad consequences
In conclusion, from what mentioned above, I personally think both competition and co-operation still support children to different aspects, However, children needs to know the disadvantage to avoid many worse effects in the future.
