Please help me improve my exercise, thank you guys in advance

Fashion trends are difficult to follow. Some people think that they primarily exist just to sell clothes so we should not follow them. To what extent do you agree with this opinion?
Many believe that trying to catch up with fashion trends is not necessary. From my point of view, I totally agree with the above statement.
There are several reasons why it is not necessary for ordinary people to keep trendy all the time. First and foremost, this could take them plenty of time and money. Costly clothes made by well-known brands which are very fashionable now could become outdated in no time as fashion trends changes continuously. Thus, those who want to look like fashionistas may squander hours and thousands USD just to update their wardrobes on a daily basis.
Additionally, many fashion trends originate from outfit of celebrities which they dress up when performing on the stage or attending special events, so these clothes usually not only look bizarre but also may be inappropriate for activities in the hectic daily lives. As this contradicts with the fundamental function of clothing-to make wearers feel as much as comfortable as possible, the masses should not stick to them.
Above all, individuals should put on what they like instead of up-to-date ones. As clothes speak for the owner’s specialities, people should choose clothing which represents who they are, since nothing makes a person feel better than being himself. Thus, there is no need for anyone to dress up like an idol just to look modern.
To put it in a nutshell, I pen down saying that it is not wise for normal residents to follow fashion trends purely to look cool rather than wearing what they feel enjoyable.
