Some people feel that certain workers like nurses, doctors and teachers are undervalued and should be paid more, especially when other people like film actors or company bosses are paid huge sums of money that are out of proportion to the importance of the work that they do.

-What criteria should be used to decide how much people are paid?
People have different views about how much certain workers of educational and health sectors should be paid, compared to the huge amount of money in possesion of film actors or company managers. In my opinion, no jobs and professions should be underestimated and dedicated workers should be paid according to their contributions to the community.
On the one hand, it is true to say that certain workers like teachers, doctors and nurses play an indispensable role in the society. If it were not for the existence of teachers, there would be more people who are illiterate. And, many dangerous diseases and respective remedies have been found by a great many doctors and nurses. Meanwhile, some professions such as film actors or CEOs of some firms also work hard to bring back some benefits in terms of entertainment and economy to the society. For example, some actors and actress can be physically injured during the process of acting. Even sometimes, they have to go through mental attacks from the public eye on them. So, it is unfair to pay more for teachers and doctors than actors and bosses or something on the contrary.
In my view, people from all types of work should be paid equally to their contributions. In fact, there are a lot of people working each certain field and not everyone establishes roughly equal proportions of work. Rewarding individuals according to achievements motivates people who feel the situation is unfair.
In conclusion, every job should be considered equally because each of them has different feartures and brings back some certain advantages to the society and individuals. I feel that specific professionals should have their salaries assessed by quality and contributions.

I personally share the opinion of people who do think that certain workers like nurses or teachers are more or less paid ,whereas ,other people like film actors or compagny bosses are paid hug sums of money that are out of the proportion to the importance of the work that they do . Effectively,certain workers like nurses, doctors or teachers see themselves less paid proprotionally to their jobs. the same case also with doctors and teachers that are undervalued and not properly paid .
