Ielts writing task 2.

There are more workers who work from home and more students who study from home. This is because computer technology is more and more easily accessible and cheaper. Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

It is true that more and more people choose to work and study at home instead of workplaces or schools because of development of computer. In my opinion, this has both advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, there are a numerous reasons why more workers and students are using computer to do things at home. The Internet bring a wide amount of information and knowledge from around the world. As a result, people have more opportunities to get deeper insights into every problem. Other huge benefit is saving time and money. Workers ca complete daily tasks quickly on computers so that mean they can do multiple all tasks at the same time. This also plays an important role in reducing budgets of commutation and other fields. Especially, regarding with children, home-studying do not put curfew on them, so they can learn everything they like, whenever they want. This learning way create more interests for children and help them understand fast.
On the other hand, working at home with computers have some disadvantages. First, although there are a lot of knowledge on the Internet, not all of them right. This leads to wrong views about problems which workers and students are researching. The second drawback is lack of connection among everyone. People who work from home would not have many interactions with colleagues or friends. In contrast, competitions in workplaces help people become better and gain a lot of social skills. For example, a child who studies at school acquire more confident, necessary skills and fiends than that one studying at home with computers. Communication with friends is a vital part of improving brain development, intelligence, creativity and the ability to cooperation with each others.
In conclusion, I think it would be great if working from home based on computers is in harmony with working at workplaces and schools.
