Ielts writing task 2

Nuclear is regarded to be one of the most drastic weapons in the world. Some believe the ability of nuclear is to build up the world peace in the society. Some believe nuclear power could not and also destroy the environment. I, therefore, agree that the nuclear power is now damaging our world especially environment and but also clearly creating the conflict in the society.

From the history which had been recorded for a long time, during the war, nuclear is one of the significant factor prolonging the war, squandering many countries budget, destroying the environment and killing millions of people. For example, during the war between Japan and The United States of America, the last bomb that had killed Japanese people is nuclear bomb. This situation was one of the sorrowful situations
in the world. Even though the war already passed but the leftover of nuclear power still affected the Japanese children afflicting them to stay no longer. From this reason, it is proven that nuclear weapon cannot create the world peace. In contrast, it is the main factor in the war.

When I was young, the top news that always popped up everywhere I went was “Nuclear factory had killed over one hundred thousand of Japanese”. In the town where nuclear factory had located, the moment which I currently remember is the picture which was the empty area like the landfill and many people hardly crying. I did not know how much that nuclear power devastated lives and environment. However, I could feel in the same way that Japan lost many things especially trustworthiness of Japanese people and many countries around the world.

All that being said, the benefit of nuclear is quiet zero while the negative effect is clearly shown. The world peace cannot build up by using the people’s lives in the war. Therefore, the more you use the nuclear could mean the more you destroy the world.
