IELTS Writing task 2

Some people believe that it is best to work for one company for their entire life, while others think it is better to be able to change jobs frequently.

Discuss both of these views and give your own opinion.

It is argue that job stability is highly beneficial to employees. While reasons can be given to justify this, I believe that trying in different work fields can help individuals make the most of their abilities.

On the one hand, there are those who believe that it is necessary to have a stable position in high-powered firms. Firstly, workers in such companies will have steady incomes every month. They are able to calculate financial spending so that they can pay off their bills and debts easily. For example, it is essential for parents because they have dependent children to feed at home. Secondly, there are more job prospects for loyal employees. If an individual show sign of improvements after a period of time, his or her promotion can be taken into consideration. Hence, companies may offer its staffs more attractive benefits and salaries.

On the other hand, I side with those who argue that various jobs are reasonable for employees. Firstly, people can have many chances to improve their self-imagine. Trying different jobs paves the way for candidates to find out which fields they do best so that they do not lack motivation to work. As a result, people are likely to lead a productive career because they have job satisfactions. Secondly, a person do not have to face with a dead-end job. He or she can change his or her tedious job to more frugal one. Hence, she or he tend to amass experience and be more flexible than people who is just stuck in a job without changing their vacancies.

In conclusion, it seems to me that it is better to change the career frequently than just stick to only one job for a whole life.
