As well as making money, businesses also have social responsibilities. Do you agree or disagree?

In the current life, significantly more companies and businesses appear from time to time. Some people might suppose that they can make numerous money; however, I truly believe that they also respond for the society.

First of all, businesses can bring a range of advantages for the local community, especially develop the economy and the quality of living. They provide more jobs and careers for the citizens that support them to achieve better working conditions and higher salaries. Furthermore, the more money the businesses earn, the more taxes they pay; therefore, they also lend a hand to update infrastructure and public services, such as hospitals, schools and transportations.

The second factor about the responsibilities of business companies is that it assists governments to tackle with the social issues. Firstly, because businesses can acquire various money, they can donate it for charity works to help the poor residents. For instance, in Vietnam, Vinamilk corporation, which is well-known for their milk products, frequently organize funds to assist children in highland areas. Secondly, they lend a hand to conserve the environments by different ways. It is evident to see that in the present time, there are a few incorporations which lead to negative impact on the natural habitats, such as deforestation and releasing toxic gas to the atmosphere. All of these will polute environment, and infer global warming. Therefore, businesses can resolve these problems by using renewable sources; for example, they can solar energies and wind mills.

In conclusion, the local businesses not only develop the economy, but also respond to the society by supporting governments and preserving the environment.
