The graph illustrates how many enquiries of one city the Tourist Information had received during six months in the year 2011.
Overall, it is apparent that the number of enquiries made in person and by telephone experienced an upward trend whereas the opposite was true for those made by letter or email.
Looking at the chart in more detail, in January of 2011, the Tourist Information Office received the largest amount of enquiries by telephone, about 900. In contrast, in January, the number of enquiries received in person was the lowest one, just more than 400. But over a six-month period, the amount made in person grew significantly and overtook the amount made by telephone, approximately 1900.
On the other hand, the number of enquiries received by letter/email remained almost unchanged in the first three months, at about 700. Then, it witnessed a large decrease in the next three months and became stable in the last month, with nearly 400.
