IELTS WRITING TASK 1 MAP - I really appreciate your help
The two maps illustrate the view of a student common five years ago and at present.
Overall, it is clear that the community room has overcome a significant transformation with the installation of new facilities.
Five years ago, the room contained four circle tables with each surrounded by six chairs. There were two benches on the right-hand side of the room. On the right of these benches were a sink and a cupboard, while a fridge and a microwave were on the left.
So far, two previous tables have been demolished to make way for a greater rectangular table and a new bench for students using laptops. In addition, a microwave has replaced one bench and a drinks machine has been equipped to meet the needs of food and beverage consumption. Finally, three armchairs and a television have been installed on the bottom left-hand corner of the room for entertainment.
