Ielts writing task 1 - Map
I need your help to check and correct my writing to describe those maps. Thanks.

The illustrations highlight some changes in the way lead to a city hospital in two different years, 2007 and 2011.
It is obviously seen that the changes involve transportation system upgrade and improvement of facility as: conjunction and bus station.
More specifically, there were two roundabouts constructed by 2010. The first one was located at three-way conjunction of the Ring Road and the Hospital Road. The second one was situated at four-way intersection of the Hospital Road and the City Road. Those roundabouts were well-connected to bus station. In comparison with 2007, six bus stops had been removed by 2010 to make way for the new bus station.
Looking at other feature, the car park in the south of the map was divided into two separate parking spaces. One in the east side of the hospital which was used for public parking and patient or visitor could access via the Ring Road. The other was solely of staff's cars.
