Ielts writing task 1 line graph

The line graph illustrates the number of people who visited British museum, science museum and Natural History museum from June to September 2013.

As an overall trend, it is clear that the figures for visitors to 3 London museums above increased over the period of 4 months in 2013. British museum showed a drastical rise in its number of visitors.

In June, the trend for British museum was the most popular, which reached exactly 600 thousands visitors. This figure, saw a surge at about 750 thousands people in July after fell dramatically to only 500 thousands in the following month. Likewise, about 400 thousands of people visited Science museum, which, in August, this number dropped considerably to only 300 thousands. In contrast, with regard to the number of Natural History museum's visitor, it reached 550 thousands people, then decreased minimally in July, but levelled off until august.

In September, British museum experienced a sharp soar, with a jump of over 150 thousands visitors in only 1 month. In the final period given, about 650 thousands people visited British museum while the figures for Science museum and Natural History museum were slightly lower, at about 450 thousands and 470 thousands respectively.
