The line graph shows the percentage of Internet users in three countries from 1999 to 2009The line graph indicates the proportion of people who had access to the Internet in three countries during the period between 1999 and 2009.It is evident that the period from 1999 to 2009 saw a marked increase in the percentage of people using the Internet in each country. Overall, there was a much larger percentage of Americans and Canadians having Internet access compared to Mexicans, and the Canadians experienced the fastest rate of Internet usage growth.At the beginning of the observed period, the proportion of Americans who used the Internet was approximately 20%. Meanwhile, the figures for Canada and Mexico were lower, at 10% and 5% respectively. In 2005, the percentage of Americans and Canadians accessing the Internet was at the same level of nearly 70% whilst the figure for Mexicans reached just over 20%.In 2009, the highest proportion of Internet usage was in Canada with almost 100% of Canadians having access to the Internet in comparision with  about 80% of Americans and only 40% of Mexicans.

The graph illustrates the rising trends in internet usage, by plotting the percentage of surfers, in USA, Canada and Mexico during the period from 1999 to 2009.

Initially the proportion of Americans having access to internet was heighest but the percentage of users in Canada surpassed them in the period between 2001 and 2003. The marked increase in the utilization of web-services was observed in these two countries and the proportion of population working on internet in Canada and USA remained close to each other especially at some point between 2005 and 207. On the other side Mexicans exhibited the same rising trends but their figures in comparison to the other two given countries lagged behind all these eleven years.

In conclusion, the higher prportion of population in USA, Canada and Mexico was using internet in 2009 as compared to 1999 but Mexicans saw lower rate as compared to the other two nations.
