Generally speaking, it is clear that there were three types of enquiries according to the graph. In the first half of the period, telephone was the most common platform, while in person method was mostly used in the second half of the period.
From January to March, the office received most enquiries through telephone, whose number fluctuated between 900 and 1000. Ranked second was letter/email until it was outstripped at the number of 700 in February by in person inquiry.
In the last four months, the number of investigations through telephone continued to rise significantly to surpass that of telephone and reached the peak of 1900 in June. In contrast, there was a sharp decline for letter/email, whose statistics hit the bottom at just under 400 enquiries in the last month.
