IELTS Writing task 1 - Healthcare

Please help me to correct this essay. Because this is for the IELTS Writing Task 1 so please correct for me in grammar, vocab, sentence and paragraph structures, coherence, cohesion,... Thank you!

The chart provides information about the number of hospital beds per thousand people in eight countries, while the table highlights the government healthcare funding for one person and the average life expectancy in three countries which are Japan, Netherlands, the US.

As can be seen from the graph, Japan's hospitals furnish 14 beds per thousand of the population, it is by far the highest number of hospital beds among eight countries. The second highest supply is 8 per thousand in Germany, but it is only half of the Japanese figure. Canada, Spain and the US allocate the lowest number of hospital beds, at around 3 per thousand. Australia and Netherlands are a little bit higher than that.

It is clear that Japan government's healthcare spending for one person is the lowest, at only $2,581. Nevertheless, Japanese people expect to live to 83 years, the highest figure among three countries. Meanwhile, the healthcare funding of the US government is double more than the one of Japan, at above $6,000 but US citizens' average life expectancy is just 78 years.

Also I have to write a paragraph of overview but I don't know how to summarise/combine these two graph and table. Do you have any suggestion for me?
