The following is my essay:

The flowchart shows the steps involved in the procedure of acquiring a driving license in the US.

Overall, there are 4 main steps in this procedure, beginning with registration and ending with doing the road examination.

The first phase of the procedure includes registration and eyesight check step. People who want to get a driving license have to register to the driving license center by filling in the forms. After that, they are given an eyesight test. The result of this test decides whether they are eligible to attend to the following examinations.

In the third step, those who pass the eyesight test pay fees and then attend to the written examination. In case of passing the test, eligible candidates do the road exam which is final step if they pass, otherwise they go back to the third step. In contrast, they are allowed to retake the written examination twice. They either do the road examination or go back to the third step depending on the results of the written test.
