The chart below gives information about how people aged 25-34 are housed in the UK.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

MY REPORT:

The bar chart illustrates the proportion of people aged 25-34 who possesses either home are not in the UK over the period from 2004 to 2014.
Overall, there was a different trend between two groups within age range during the 15-years period: downward in homeowners and upward in renters.
It can be seen from the graph that the percentage of people who own private houses stood at nearly 60% in the year of beginning. After a slight drop in the next year, it stabilized at about 55% in 2006 and 2007. From this year onward, the number accelerated gradually to 35% in 2014, which was the lowest point. Unlike the counterpart, starting with 20% of tenant in 2004, which was a third of property owners, the figure experienced a dramatic rise to 41% until 2011 before decreased slightly in 2012. Then it followed by a climbing back to 48% in the last year, reaching the peak over the period.

It is very difficult to read the picture you posted.
It looks like it is a bar graph comparing home owners to renters during the 10-year period 2004-2014.
The scale on the y axis is barely readable.
