The procedure starts with the so-called, raw material - Yunnan Big-Leap which has already been prepared to then enters the process of stopping enzymes from activating. Following this, it is rolled before being left out side, undered the sun to ensure that it is sun-dried naturally. Then, into the next phase of this process, which is steaming, the tea then undergoes a pressure in order to be shaped into desire shape which forms one type of two final products - the Sheng-Pu'er. The another type - Shu Pu'er, in another hand, has to go through 3 further steps. After being sun-dried, it is then followed by fementating the leaves untill being dried again but with air to lead to the final stage of the process, steaming ang pressing into certain shape results in a type of tea call Shu Pu'er.
