Overall, what stands out from the graph is that there were considerable upward trends in participation rate of young people attending higher education in three countries: A, C and D, exception for country B. Another interesting point is that country D was the most popular young people in higher education.
Looking at details, as regards country A. The number of young people in higher education was over 30% in 2000, this meant that it had the lowest people in issue of four situations. After that, there was a fluctuation over the next ten years, at which point it levelled off at just under 60% in 2010. If we look at country D, the trend was similar. Having remained stable at approximately 50% in 2000, the rates then rose slightly next 10 years, reached a peak of 60% at the end of the period. And the rates country C fluctuated and then levelled off over 40% in 2010.
On the other hand, the percentage in country B having remained stable at approximately 40% until 2000. After that, despite falling slightly to 38% in 2005, the figure then increased 2% in 2010
