IELTS Writing task 1
The table demonstrates the number of viewers in millions watching television for sports in different countries. In general, numbers are showed in four countries including Australia, The UK, The US and Canada.
The table shows that the US has the largest number of sports viewers through television, with 25.2 million in total. Most of the countries are at nearly the same number of people watching tennis. When compared to other sports, tennis is preferable with the figure at about 26 million people. Motor racing, however, has the least total number compared to the other ones. There are fewer people in the four countries watch this sport, especially in The US and Canada. Golf is watched by the bigger number of people in the US compared to the three other countries surveyed. While there are less than 5 million in terms of the figures of viewers watching Golf in the other ones, there are more than 10 million people who are interested in this sport in USA.
