IELTS WRITING TASK 1
Hello everyone, i'm studying hard to attend the IELTs exam. Because i dont't have enough money to afford the IELTs course so I study it by myself at home. I really hope someone can help me to check my writing.

This is my answer to that task.
"The chart provides information on how birth rates in China and the USA changed from 1920 to 2000.
Overall, both birth rates of China and America fluctuated over 80 years period and started to fall down slowly in 1955-2000 period. However, the American birth rate in most years was higher than that of China.
In the 1920-1914 period, the American birth rate fluctuated but it always remained above 10%. In the following decade, American birth rate dropped sharply to under 5%. In the 1950s, the figure for USA increased significantly to exactly 15%, which was its highest point in 80 years. During the rest of the period, its birth rate felt gradually to nearly 7% in 2000.
In the first three years of the period, the Chinese birth rate followed the same pattern as America, which was always above 10%. In the next decade, the birth rate in China climbed sharply to 15%. After that, it dropped steeply to 5% in 1940 and remained the same for next five years. In 1945, it started to rise sharply and peaked at exactly 20%, which is the highest point during 80-year period. After that, it felt sharply to under 10% in 1955. During the remain part of the period, the Chinese birth rate decreased gradually to around 3% in 2000."
