Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The line graph compares USA, Canada and Mexico in terms of the proportion of people using internet from 1999 to 2009.

Overall, there was a significant growth in the percentage of internet users of each country over the period of ten years. It is also noticeable that the percentage of people using internet in Mexico was the lowest in comparison with USA and Canada.

In 1999, the proportion of internet users in USA was around 20%, whereas the measure of Canada approximated at 10%. On the other hand, the figure for internet users in Mexico was the lowest, at roughly 5%. Over the following four years, the fraction of people who use internet in Canada overtook USA. It increased to nearly 60%, while that of USA was about 50%. Regarding Mexico, its internet users was four times bigger, at almost 20%.

From 2003 to 2009, there was a dramatic growth in the fraction of internet users in Canada. It hit an all-time high of nearly 100%. Similarly, the measures of USA also rose significantly, peaking at approximately 80%.
