The table compares and contrasts data on the differences in the proportion of time spent on outdoor activities of males and females in different age groups.
In general, for both sexes, people have an inclination to participate in individual sports more than team sports when they get older.
More specifically, the most significant increase in the number of male participants is fishing, jumping from 12% in the youngest group to 45% in the oldest group. The opposite sex experiences a similar trend for meditation, with 7% in the 21-35 age group to 42% in the 46+ age group, a notable sixfold increase. Besides, the number of participants for female joggers and fishers remains constant, with figures of 31% for those at the age of 35 and above and 0% for all ages respectively. The most substantial difference between males and females is in baseball when the percentage of male players is 87% compared to 2% in female players, a difference of 85%.
