The table compares the percentage of club members and general public rating the facilities, information and quality of the new theatre in a particular town in 2012.

Overall, most people rated three categories of theatre excellent. Moreover, while the theatre’s quality had the highest excellent rating, the percentage of the poor rating of information was the highest.

In terms of excellence, facilities had 72% of the club members and 64% of general public rating. Having higher figures for club members, with 88%, the quality of the theatre only received 53% of the public. Club members’ rating for these two categories were higher that of the general public. Meanwhile, information was rated higher by the general public, with 66%, and slightly lower for club members, with 54%.

The poor rating for information was quite high, with 16% of club members and 14% for the general public, whereas the figures for the remains were low, between 2-8%. Additionally, while the ratings for satisfaction for facilities and information of the theatre were between 20-30%, the figures for quality rating satisfied by club members and the general public were significantly uneven, with 10% and 40% respectively.
