Overall, the two main study reasons have nearly opposing percentages in almost all age group. Moreover, employer support differs among different groups and is least in middle-aged one.
The older students are, the less they study for career. Meanwhile, the oppose is for interest. People under 26 years old have the highest proportion of the career reason of 80% and the lowest of interest reason of just 10%. Elderly students study most for interest of 70%. People aging 40 to 49 both study for career and interest with the same percentage of reasons of 40%.
Young sudents are most supported by employers, with the proportion of over 60%. Middle-aged students received only above 30% support from their employer, the least among others. Since then, the older students get, the more support they have, but not as much as when they were younger.
