Ielts writing task 1

Please give me feedback. First attempt in writing task 1. Thank all of you.
The two line graphs illustrate how much money parents spent on their children to play sports and the number of children who took part in three distinct sports from 2008 to 2014.
It is clear that parents used more and more money to give their children oppotunities to play sports and the number of children who participated football, swimming and athletics was different to others and change over time distinctively.
It had a steady increasing in amount of money they spent on their children from 2008 to 2014. In 2008, about twenty pounds per child was spent monthly on children's sport acitivities and it grew to over thirty pounds in 2014.
Football is sport children choose to play most among three types. The number of children who played football slightly increased to nearly nine millions in 2014. In 2008, about two millions children choose swimming and steadily increased to approximately five millions in 2014. The number of children who took part in athletics was least in 2008, around one millions and reached to five millions in 2012 before slightly drop from 2012 to 2014.
