The maps illustrate an area before and after some developments from 1965 to now.

Overall, the area has been completely transformed in a number of ways. The most notable change taking place was the construction of a road bridge, which replaces the ferry.

As can be seen from the plans, the forest on the northwest of the river has been chopped down to make way for a large car park. In addition, more accommodations have been constructed on the other side of the river, including apartments and houses, which are located to the east of the map. A smaller car park has been opened in the middle of these residential areas, which connects to the road bridge via a minor road.

On the southern side of the road bridge, a few houses have been added alongside the main road. Apart from these buildings, several changes are expected to take place by 2018. For example, a new footbridge will be constructed parallel to the road bridge, while a car park and a yacht marina will be opened to the south of the map in 2018.
