The graph and pie chart below give information on in-house training courses in a large financial company.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Write at least 150 words.

Both diagrams above illustrate the indoor training programs of an enormous commercial company. While the pie chart represents the time taken on specific fields yearly, the other shows out the reasons why the officers take the training courses.

It is clear from the pie chart that half of the training time is used for technology improvement, which is meant by thirty hours each year. By contrast, career development takes up the same proportion as interpersonal skill in total with health and safety. They are equally a quarter of the chart.

Regarding to the trainees, by dividing them into two groups based on their jobs: the manager and secretary emphasizes that there are similar points of view on training course. Firstly, 86% managers followed by 78% of the secretaries, agree that the courses are vital for their professions and bring them benefits, for example, enhance their networking (half of the managers and around 42% of the secretaries gave this answer). Secondly, only approximately 10% of all the office workers consider the training courses is time-wasting.

In summary, 50% the official workers tend to use their training time on technical, in analysis, 30 hours in one year. In another hand, the majority of the trainees acquiesce the importance as well as the advantages these training courses bring to their work.
